Elmwood House Business Centre has existing on the historic tree lined Elmwood Avenue in Belfast for some 25 years. We were initially approached to look at feasibility options for its long term strategy. Our initial work determined the viability of providing a mixed use building which could incorporate the existing business centre for existing and new tenants; housing and a dedicated crèche/nursery. The current scheme involves refurbishment and conversion of part of the existing building and the feasibility of an extension over the existing rear car park.
