Our client came to us with outline permission for this site and engaged us for the detail design. After assessing their brief for a substantial house including garage and swimming pool we suggested setting the house back closer to their parents farm in order to integrate more successfully into the area. This appealed to the client and also to planning service. Full planning was granted in 2012.
